١. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك لتطبيق نور، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
٢. وصف الخدمة
نور هو تطبيق إسلامي عائلي يوفر:
- مسبحة رقمية وأذكار
- أوقات الصلاة الدقيقة حسب الموقع
- آيات قرآنية وأحاديث
- بوصلة القبلة والمساجد القريبة
- قاموس إسلامي وجرة الصدقة
- وضع رمضان مع إشعارات السحور والإفطار
- وضع تعليمي للأطفال (نور Jr.) بإشراف الوالدين — دروس وألعاب تفاعلية
- جرة صدقة للطفل لتسجيل الأعمال الطيبة
- لوحة متابعة للوالدين
٣. الحسابات والوصول
حساب الوالدين
يتطلب إنشاء حساب بريد إلكتروني وكلمة مرور. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول.
وضع الطفل
يمكن للأطفال الوصول إلى التطبيق برمز مكوّن من ٦ أرقام يولّده الوالد. يتحمل الوالد المسؤولية الكاملة عن استخدام الطفل للتطبيق.
٤. حماية الأطفال
صُمِّم تطبيق نور للاستخدام العائلي تحت إشراف الوالدين. لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية من الأطفال مباشرةً.
- لا يُنشئ الطفل حساباً ولا يُطلب منه بريد إلكتروني أو كلمة مرور أو أي بيانات شخصية.
- يصل الطفل إلى التطبيق فقط عبر رمز مكوّن من ٦ أرقام يولّده الوالد ويتحكم فيه.
- وضع الطفل لا يحتوي على أي إعلانات ولا أزرار شراء. يُدير الوالد وحده الاشتراكات.
- جميع بيانات نشاط الطفل مرتبطة بحساب الوالد ومرئية له فقط.
يقرّ الوالد بأنه المسؤول القانوني عن الطفل ويوافق على استخدام الطفل للتطبيق تحت إشرافه. باستخدامك لوضع الطفل، تؤكد أنك الوالد أو الوصي القانوني.
٥. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات
بعض الميزات تتطلب اشتراكاً مدفوعاً يُدار عبر Google Play. نقدم الخطط التالية:
- مجاني (Free): الميزات الأساسية للوالدين — التسبيح والصلاة والقرآن والقبلة والصدقة
- عائلي (Family): يضيف وضع الطفل الكامل حتى ٣ أطفال — ١٫٩٩€ شهرياً أو ١٧٫٩٩€ سنوياً
- عائلي بلس (Family+): من ٤ إلى ١٠ أطفال + إحصائيات متقدمة + تذكيرات مخصصة — ٢٫٩٩€ شهرياً أو ٢٦٫٩٩€ سنوياً
- تتوفر تجربة مجانية لمدة ٧ أيام لأي خطة مدفوعة
- تُجدَّد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ قبل ٢٤ ساعة من انتهاء الفترة الحالية
- لا تُرد المبالغ المدفوعة إلا وفق سياسات Google Play
- يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من إعدادات متجر التطبيقات
الأسعار المذكورة هي أسعار مرجعية لأوروبا وقد تختلف حسب بلدك. تُضاف الضرائب المطبّقة حسب منطقتك ويعرضها Google Play قبل تأكيد الشراء.
٦. الاستخدام المقبول
يوافق المستخدم على عدم:
- استخدام التطبيق لأغراض غير مشروعة
- محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل خدمات التطبيق
- انتحال هوية شخص آخر
- نشر محتوى مسيء أو ضار
٧. الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات التطبيق — بما في ذلك التصميم والنصوص والبرمجيات — هي ملك لـ Nour Digital وتخضع لقوانين حقوق الملكية الفكرية. لا يحق للمستخدم نسخ أو توزيع أي جزء من التطبيق دون إذن مسبق.
النصوص القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية مصدرها مصادر إسلامية موثوقة وتُستخدم للأغراض التعليمية.
٨. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق \"كما هو\" دون ضمانات من أي نوع. لا تتحمل Nour Digital المسؤولية عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو عدم توفره.
أوقات الصلاة المحسوبة تقريبية وقد تختلف قليلاً عن التوقيت الرسمي في منطقتك.
٩. التعديلات على الشروط
تحتفظ Nour Digital بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيُعلَم المستخدمون بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر التطبيق. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديلات يعني الموافقة عليها.
١٠. إنهاء الخدمة وحذف الحساب
يحق لـ Nour Digital تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك في حال انتهاك هذه الشروط.
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت مباشرةً من داخل التطبيق عبر الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. يتم حذف جميع بياناتك وبيانات أطفالك نهائياً.
حذف الحساب لا يُلغي اشتراك Google Play تلقائياً. يجب إلغاؤه بشكل منفصل من متجر Google Play.
١١. القانون المطبق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الاتحاد الأوروبي. أي نزاع يُحسم وفق القانون الإسباني.

1. Aceptación de los términos
Al usar Nour, aceptas cumplir estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguno de ellos, por favor no uses la app.
2. Descripción del servicio
Nour es una app islámica familiar que ofrece:
- Tasbih digital y dhikrs
- Tiempos de rezo precisos por ubicación
- Versículos del Corán y hadices
- Brújula Qibla y mezquitas cercanas
- Diccionario islámico y Jarra de Sadaqah
- Modo Ramadán con notificaciones de Suhoor e Iftar
- Modo educativo para niños (نور Jr.) supervisado por padres — lecciones y juegos interactivos
- Jarra de Sadaqah para el niño para registrar buenas obras
- Panel de seguimiento para padres
3. Cuentas y acceso
Cuenta de padres
Requiere email y contraseña. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales.
Modo hijo
Los niños acceden con un código de 6 dígitos generado por el padre. El padre es responsable del uso del niño en la app.
4. Protección de menores
Nour está diseñada para uso familiar bajo supervisión parental. No recopilamos ningún dato personal directamente de los menores.
- El niño no crea cuenta ni se le pide email, contraseña ni ningún dato personal.
- El niño accede a la app únicamente mediante un código de 6 dígitos generado y controlado por el padre/madre.
- El modo niño no contiene anuncios ni botones de compra. Solo el padre/madre gestiona las suscripciones.
- Toda la actividad del niño está vinculada a la cuenta del padre/madre y solo es visible para él/ella.
El padre/madre reconoce ser el responsable legal del menor y consiente el uso de la app por parte del niño bajo su supervisión. Al usar el modo niño, confirmas que eres el progenitor o tutor legal.
5. Suscripciones y pagos
Algunas funcionalidades requieren suscripción de pago gestionada a través de Google Play. Ofrecemos los siguientes planes:
- Gratis (Free): funcionalidades básicas para padres — tasbih, rezos, Corán, Qibla y Sadaqah
- Family: añade el modo niño completo para hasta 3 hijos — 1,99€/mes o 17,99€/año
- Family+: de 4 a 10 hijos + estadísticas avanzadas + recordatorios personalizados — 2,99€/mes o 26,99€/año
- Disponible prueba gratuita de 7 días en cualquier plan de pago
- Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo cancelación 24h antes del fin del período
- Los reembolsos se rigen por las políticas de Google Play
- Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento desde los ajustes del mercado de apps
Los precios indicados son de referencia para Europa y pueden variar según tu país. Los impuestos aplicables se añaden según tu región y los muestra Google Play antes de confirmar la compra.
6. Uso aceptable
El usuario se compromete a no:
- Usar la app con fines ilegales
- Intentar vulnerar o interrumpir los servicios
- Suplantar la identidad de otra persona
- Publicar contenido ofensivo o dañino
7. Propiedad intelectual
Todo el contenido de la app — diseño, textos y código — es propiedad de Nour Digital y está protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. No está permitido copiar o distribuir ninguna parte de la app sin autorización previa.
Los textos coránicos y hadices provienen de fuentes islámicas de confianza y se usan con fines educativos.
8. Limitación de responsabilidad
La app se ofrece \"tal cual\" sin garantías de ningún tipo. Nour Digital no se hace responsable de ningún daño derivado del uso o la no disponibilidad de la app.
Los tiempos de rezo calculados son aproximados y pueden diferir ligeramente del horario oficial de tu zona.
9. Modificaciones de los términos
Nour Digital se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios sustanciales se comunicarán a través de la app. El uso continuado tras las modificaciones implica su aceptación.
10. Terminación del servicio y eliminación de cuenta
Nour Digital puede suspender o eliminar tu cuenta en caso de incumplimiento de estos términos.
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento directamente desde dentro de la app en Ajustes → Eliminar cuenta. Se borran de forma permanente todos tus datos y los de tus hijos.
Eliminar la cuenta no cancela automáticamente tu suscripción de Google Play. Debes cancelarla por separado desde la Google Play Store.
11. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación de la Unión Europea. Cualquier disputa se resolverá conforme al derecho español.

1. Acceptance of terms
By using Nour, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the app.
2. Description of service
Nour is a family Islamic app that provides:
- Digital tasbih and dhikrs
- Accurate prayer times by location
- Quranic verses and hadiths
- Qibla compass and nearby mosques
- Islamic dictionary and Sadaqah Jar
- Ramadan mode with Suhoor and Iftar notifications
- Educational mode for children (نور Jr.) supervised by parents — interactive lessons and games
- Child's Sadaqah Jar to record good deeds
- Parent tracking dashboard
3. Accounts and access
Parent account
Requires email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Child mode
Children access the app with a 6-digit code generated by the parent. The parent is responsible for the child's use of the app.
4. Protection of minors
Nour is designed for family use under parental supervision. We do not collect any personal data directly from children.
- The child does not create an account and is never asked for an email, password or any personal data.
- The child accesses the app solely through a 6-digit code generated and controlled by the parent.
- Child mode contains no ads and no purchase buttons. Only the parent manages subscriptions.
- All child activity data is linked to the parent account and visible only to the parent.
The parent acknowledges being the legal guardian of the child and consents to the child's use of the app under their supervision. By using child mode, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription managed through Google Play. We offer the following plans:
- Free: core parent features — tasbih, prayer times, Quran, Qibla and Sadaqah
- Family: adds full child mode for up to 3 children — €1.99/month or €17.99/year
- Family+: 4 to 10 children + advanced statistics + personalised reminders — €2.99/month or €26.99/year
- 7-day free trial available on any paid plan
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24h before the end of the current period
- Refunds are governed by Google Play policies
- You can cancel at any time from the app store settings
Prices shown are a reference for Europe and may vary by country. Applicable taxes are added based on your region and are shown by Google Play before you confirm the purchase.
6. Acceptable use
The user agrees not to:
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Attempt to breach or disrupt the services
- Impersonate another person
- Post offensive or harmful content
7. Intellectual property
All app content — design, text and code — is the property of Nour Digital and is protected by intellectual property laws. Copying or distributing any part of the app without prior authorisation is not permitted.
Quranic texts and hadiths come from trusted Islamic sources and are used for educational purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided \"as is\" without warranties of any kind. Nour Digital is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or unavailability of the app.
Calculated prayer times are approximate and may differ slightly from the official schedule in your area.
9. Modifications to terms
Nour Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after modifications implies acceptance.
10. Termination of service & account deletion
Nour Digital may suspend or delete your account in case of breach of these terms.
You can delete your account at any time directly from within the app via Settings → Delete account. All your data and your children's data are permanently erased.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel it separately from the Google Play Store.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by European Union law. Any dispute will be resolved under Spanish law.
